PEO/Temporary Labor

Watchman provides two unique options for our clients regarding employees: (1) PEOs, and (2) Temporary Employees.

 

A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) works with SMBs (Small to Medium size Businesses) to help them not only with human resources, but assist in managing payroll-related taxes, access to benefits, and other employer-related administrative functions necessary to running a business.

Additionally  we also can provide Temporary Employees.  In years past “temporary staffing” was someone you hired temporary, perhaps for a few days or a few weeks, however not for more than a few months.  Generally, that was the norm. However, that has changed dramatically over the past 15 years. Today, hiring a temporary employee(s) for a longer period means a bigger financial blessing to a company. That realization has hit the bottom-line for many companies. Watchman Consultants has been assisting many employers by providing temporary employees for longer periods, usually 6 to 9 months. We tend to keep those employees longer by providing an aggressive employee relations program as part of the package contract. We make the employee feel just as important as the permanent employee. And while we do not provide the same benefits, we provide, at our cost, some holiday pay after they are with us for more than 90 days. In some areas, we will provide transportation if that’s an issue. We provide “perfect attendance” awards recognition.  We do this at no cost to the contracting company. We work on making the temporary employee, an “important employee.”
